Get the ingredients, mix, and bake. No problem! However, in the end, it might not turn out how you expect it to be.
It's important to be (a bit) meticulous and gentle during the folding/mixing process. By doing so, it'll make a huge difference on how the cookies will appear. Sure, it feels crappy when we see bad batches (which we did), but at least we learned what not to do :)
